About You: You are an influential leader who loves making an impact and who can lead a team to build business success. If you have a track record of mentoring and training team members, coupled with a passion for being an ambassador in your environment, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

•  Driving sales and KPI results.

• Training, developing and mentoring our team.

• Managing the day to day of the boutique including rostering, inventory management and reporting.

• Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our KIVARI customer

• Greeting all visitors to the boutique.

• Understanding and representing our brand to the highest standard.

• Manage new stock deliveries.

• Recruitment.

• Visual Merchandising. 


Qualifications: 

• Previous experience managing or supervising a boutique.

• Ability to build strong relationships.

• Demonstrated skill in delivering results.

• An influential leader.
